Our thoughts keep on running around and take us out of the thoughtless awareness. However, practice allows us to relax into a thoughtless meditative state.
Anyone who’s successfully tried meditation could report a sense of calmness, relaxation and serenity. Some are able to achieve contact with their higher self and inner guidance.
